Driftglass returns to the studio

We've officially begun recording our upcoming album. It's a slow process, and it can completely destroy your love of music when you have to play the same riff over and over and over again until your fingers bleed, but it's all worth it when you get to hear the songs come together at the end of the day.

It's still too early to determine a release date, but the tracks are sounding great, and our very own sound engineer Ilya Maximenko has taken on the gargantuan task of mixing the entire album and personally supervising all the recording sessions. Poor Bastard.

We'll keep updating the website as the recording progresses. Meanwhile, check out our music section for a taste of what's to come.
